VIEW TOOLBAR DOESNOT APPEAR?

i cannot changebview in OUTLOOK calendarDay, Work Week, Week, Month are not
availble in my Outlook toolbar

Right click on your toolbar and select Customize. On the toolbars tab,
select Reset Toolbars.

I have "Reset" the toolbars several times...still I can not get the buttons
to change the view of my toolbar to appear (and I'm stuck in an column
format).

Then close Outlook, find and rename outcmd.dat to .old and then reopen
Outlook. (Note - this file may be hidden, enable searching hidden files in
Windows search).
