To share your calendar, bring up the Properties dialog for your Calendar
folder and go to the Permissions tab.

Just to let everyone know. I know what was wrong. Why nobody told me to
look for this is beyond me. Apparently when you install Exchange server
fresh, you have to setup licencing for it as well. Well, outlook won't let
you do things with it, like share a calander, even if you have an Exchange
account set in it. It will work maybe a couple times, and then just won't
work anymore. Once you setup the licencing in Exchage, the Share my calander
option shows up all the time in Outlook. So thanks again everyone.
