Is there a way to sync Outlook Calendars from two separate sources, on two
separate servers? Possibly the information could be send to a third source,
on the users desktop, via Excel or some other software, then merged?

Is this a one-time export/import or something you'll do regularly?

Thank you for your response. This is something that would need to be done on
a daily basis. The company I work for does contract work for other companies.
We have our company calendar, and the clients calendar. Appointments get
missed because individuals forget to check both.
