Getting the 'cannot import vCalendar file' error

..........in my email client when I try to open the attachment sent from
Outlook.  Could the reason be because I have opened the attachment AFTER the
meeting has taken place?
Anyone have any ideas of why this could have happened?

Outlook 2002 - my email client is Pegasus Mail v4

And the vCalendar program on the machine running Pegasus for email is ?
Check in Windows Explorer -- Tools | Folder options.
