My office has an internal calendar to coordinate group tasks.  Appointments
entered in this calendar do not generate reminders for individuals.  I want
to be able to set each individual's Outlook so he or she generates
appointments and these are automatically copied to the group calendar.
Replies to invitations should go back to individuals' calendars, and then
they can be ported over to Palm Pilots.

Can't figure out how to do this, either with rules wizard or form.  Any
ideas?

Ok you sound like you've confused Tasks with Meetings.

If your team wants to allocate work (Tasks) and know who's working on what
and when it's due etc, Tasks are the way to do it.

Make a public Tasks folder, from here assign Tasks to each person.  This
folder will now record who's doing what.  Users will receive Task Requests
and will have their Tasks in their Tasks folder complete with reminders.
