Old calendar items deleting

Old calendar items deleting - Why?

My calendar items are being deleted from 5 months ago. I want 12 months in
view, and have set auto archive for the calendar to 12 months. I am running
XP and MS Outlook 2002. Purged items are not being archived (Calendar
archive is empty).

Are you sure they're being deleted and not just hidden somehow? Switch to
the By Category view -- do you see the missing items there anywhere?
