Emailing a calendar

We are running Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2002 client on around 40 PCs on the
network.

We have created some shared calendars in public folders and we wish to email
our sales guys their calendars (as we control the calendars for them).

How do we attach the calendar in a generic format so that they can open it -
i.e. as an Excel sheet, .htm web page etc...???

You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then
customize to your liking.  I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very
pleased with it.  Links to these templates can be found here:
