We are using shared calendars with Exchange. Is there a way to search by "Subject" or "Notes" in other's calendars? Doesn't the Find feature already do that? This works for me: 1) Choose Tools | Find to display the Find controls. 2) Type the search word(s) in the "Look for" box, then click Find Now. The calendar that you want to search, if it isn't your own personal calendar, must be the only calendar open on your screen in order to search it. Therefore, if you are not sure which person had a certain appointment, you must search each calendar individually.
