Question about shared calendars

I have a couple users here in the office setup using shared calendars
of their bosses.  They access them using the File menu on the menu bar
and then going to Open and the shared calendar is listed there.  They
want to know if they can create a shortcut of some sort to the calendar
in the navigation pane/outlook bar so they don't have to go up to the
File menu.

Is this possible in Outlook 2000?  I haven't been able to find any
options about it or information.

Thanks,

Derek

The page at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/links.htm#shortcuts has a few
ideas for this.
