My company changed my Outlook XP to 2000 for some odd
reason. When I type in the TO box, it is not name checking
out of my contact list. It did before. The proper boxes
are checked under tools and I can do an Alt K to manually
do it. How can I have it automatically name check?

(Reposting this dropped post from yesterday)
Try removing and re-adding the Outlook Address Book Service.
