When I send out group emails, Outlook also sends the email to "Bus Fax"
numbers. Is there now anyway to take those off the email list other than
deleteing them one by one from the Contacts address book. I also don't want
to loose them when I need to send faxes though to the group.

I'm always getting messages back that Outlook tried and failed to send them
to those numbers.

Why are you selecting those addresses?
No one is forcing you to.

The standard behavior for the Outlook Address book is to display all
electronic addresses (both fax and e-mail). That behavior cannot be changed.
The only way to prevent the display of fax numbers is to store them in a
different field or to disguise them (e.g., precede them with an alpha
character) so that Outlook won't recognize them as phone numbers.
