How do I get my contact list to come up immediately when I select.

When I click on "to:" to select a new addresee for an email, I get a "select
names" window, and then have to scroll down thru the "show names from the"
window to contacts before I get my adress book.  How do you configure Outlook
to bring up the contacts list immediately when you click on "to:" in a new
email?
