Anyway to sync between Outlook and MS Access

Hi, I have an MIS system with about 1000 contacts in it, which gets changed
on a daily basis. I had intended to transfer the contact details to Outlook
Contacts to allow us to have easy contact with these contacts. Problem is,
when info gets changed, I am going to have to updated both in Access
Database and Outlook.

Is there any easy way to achieve this ( even using 3rd party tools)
