I recently upgraded from MS Office 2000 to 2002XP.  In doing so my contacts
have now filtered themselves somehow.  My entire contact list is visible, but
when I go to send an email and click on the "to" box, the only contacts that
come up are ones that have a fax number and/or email address. This problem
also shows up in Word when I try to create an envelope/label.

When the Word Address Book shows only Contacts with e-mail addresses, that
usually means you did an inplace upgrade from IMO support mode of Outlook
and Word's Address book remains linked to your old Outlook profile. This MS
