MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / November 2004Address Book not resolving
When typing a name in the to: field of a message, outlook is now making me click out of the to: box to resolve the name. On my previous computer it would allow me to confirm the resolved name instantly. I have organized my contact folder first name, then last, and I am still struggling... My preferences in the outlook options are set for automatic name checking, and "suggest names". Please help!!! Thank you, Andrew M. Reed Autoresolution has always required you to click/tab out of the To: box (or hit Ctrl-K). Only Autocompletion is in play while you are still in the To: field.
