Which file types should I use for export/importing contacts?  Seems like
different types hold different info from my contacts... like email
addresses... Excel file won't let me copy addresses via exporting to another
computer.

You can use whatever type is appropriate for whatever you want to do with
the export file. The Map button in the Import and Export Wizard helps you
control exact what is exported.

Thank you but I cannot FIND a "Map button" in the im/export Wizard.
Nor is it in the Outlook Help glossery.

What type of file are you exporting to?

Just trying to send contacts to a removable flash USB and then downoad to
another computer.  Comma-seperated values DOES send the email address with it
but Excel does not.  I can use the Comma-sep. method but I'm wondering if
there're different capabilities, given there are so many file types I can do
this through.

Download to another computer using what program? Outlook? If so, then your
best export choice would be to a .pst file.
