How I do, for File *.pst by Outlook 2003 for open in Outlool 2002

How I do for open file by Outlook 2003, to open in Outlook 2002.

You can't.
You must first create a PST file in "Outlook 97-2002" format while in
Outlook 2003. That's the only PST file you can open in earlier versions.
