Sharing contact folder Outlook 2002

My CEO wants to have his Secretary to be able to update his contacts from her
computer the same way she is able to manage his calendar. I am able to go to
add his contact list and it says she doesn't have permission. How do I give
her permision.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
