import/Export

u need to work on your import/export, it picks up notes, pictures and I have
to find all what else it picked up/all were sent to the contacts.  
 tried it for the first time with only 5 items in the contacts and wound up
with several hundered, followed your simple instructions... oh well

You need to provide more detail in what you are trying to do.
If you are transferring Outlook data, import/export is not the correct
method.
Just copy and open the PST file that contains the data you want to transfer.
