I want to use my OUTLOOK for both personal and work contacts. I made a
folder, labeled it Work Contacts and began entering information. I need to
Sync my OUTLOOK (on my desktop) to my iPAQ Pocket PC PDA. While the personal
contacts show up just fine, as they always have, I can’t figure out how to
get my Contact Folder, Work Contacts to also Sync. Any Suggestions?

Not an Outlook issue.
Ask in an ActivSync or Pocket PC group.
Most programs only synch with the default Contacts Folder.
