The distribution lists should have a facility to hide the string of e-mail
address lists when sending to a group of people. Instead it allows all to be
seen. Recipients complain that half to a whole page is wasted when printing
a received message just on e-mail addresses. Suggest a "reply to" box like
Pegasus Mail in which you can give your distribution list a name (e.g. SA
Schools <wyngdh@ieb.co.za>). This prevents the string.

Use the BCC field. That's what it's for.
