I have created a contact form that I would like to be the default contact
form when opening the contact section of MS Outlook 2002 SP3. I have  the
new contact form saved as a template. How do I do this? I am finding Outlook
extremely difficult to work with. Help will be appreciated.

You need to publish the form and take the steps outlined at
