I upgraded from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003. Now, I cannot locate
the contacts that I had stored in my archive folder. I placed contact
cards there of folks that I don't need to have available right
offhand, but wanted to keep for future reference. Somehow, they have
disappeared and when I go to the advanced settings for the
archive.pst, the folder is not in the folder list. I don't see any contacts
folder in the archive file that used to be there. What happened? How can I
recover??

Did you search your hard drive for you old archive.pst?
You new installation may have created a new one, but it would have done
nothing to your old one.

I was looking in my old .pst file. I finally found it... OL2003 was
confusing in that I didn't realize that the 'folder list' button allowed me
to see all files. I was confused b/c the 'mail' view only displays mail
folders when I was used to seeing all of the folders. Got it fixed. Thanks
for your suggestion.
