How to retrieve notes from contacts into a vb.net application

Hai,
I am trying to retrieve notes and Picture added in contacts of outlook into
a vb.net application i am developing.Can anyone help?

Notes are in the Body property. This picture is a hidden attachment in the
Attachments collection.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for general Outlook programming
