A Contacts folder "UK" was suddenly shifted to a Calendar file.  I mistakenly
deleted it yesterday, thinking it was a blank Calendar.  How can I restore
the deleted Contacts file?  It is not in the Outlook rubbish bin because that
is emptied on exit.  Now today my IMAP inbox email was suddenly shifted to be
with the Contacts folders.  I don't know how to move it back.  The only
option on the right-click menu is delete from Contacts folder, and I don't
want to lose this.  Why are these folders suddenly shifting location and
type? I hadn't backed up the UK Contacts folder despite entering a lot of
names in the last few days from a prior computer because I never thought
something like this could happen.
