I need to import my Outlook global address book (from
Win2000) into WinXP Outlook on my new laptop.....filename
is "details.oab".  Do I use the import tool? (and if so,
how since importing address books is not noted).....or do
I simply copy the file, and if so where do I put it??

To have the GAL show you need to connect your XP laptop Outlook to Exchange,
the oab is actually an offline address list and to have this you need to
connect to Exchange and then set up an offline folder file.
