Distributionlist problem

XP pro. I have recieved a distributionlist by e-mail. The contacts in this
list are not in my own outlook contakt list (outlook 2003). I would like to
include each individual contack from the distributionlist into my own contack
list without having to copy paste each contack. How can i transfer all these
contacts into my own contack list? I dont want to transfer the entire
distributionlist as a whole.

No good way to do this. You can save the DL as a txt file, clean it up, then
import it as a tab delimited text file into your Contacts Folder.
