Export email addresses from an email

I have an email that contains 100 email addresses, I would like to export
these to a file or to a contacts folder to export later. I know I can right
click each email address and add to contacts but can it be done in one action
rather than 100 actions?

I have Outlook 2003

No native way to do this. There are some third party tools that might help:
