MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / December 2006amend all contacts "file as" order
Outlook 2002 - I have changed my default "file as" order to First Last. Which is working fine for new contacts, but I cannot see a way to also amend the "file as" order in the existing data. Can anyone help? I can't get past Step 2 using Outlook 2003 as there is no FORMS link in TOOLS. Is ther an updated version of this How-To? Sorry, I read the first posts only before I wrote my answer. It`s runs for Outlook 2000-2007.
