Mail merge quandry

Outlook 2002, Word 2002

If I view my contacts in Phone List View and show Country/Region, some of my
contacts show the Zip/Postal Code instead of the Country.  When I go into
the Contact itself and click the Address button, I see the Zip in the Zip
field and the Country in the Country field.

This is a problem when it comes to mail merging, because if I choose to
include the Country, it does not put the Postal Code in, it only puts the
Country in.  If there's no country, then it doesn't put anything in.

For the contacts where the Country shows in the Country field of the Phone
List View, I get Country in the right place and Zip in the right place.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

To learn about ways to control how an Address is inserted into Word from
Outlook, take a look here:
