Thanks for the response Russ. I guess I am the reason cops ought not use
computers at home. I tried the mail merge thing and got really smurffed up.
Is it complicated or am I missing something?
Either I figure this out or my wife is going to make me write all of the
Christmas list by hand!

It can be a little complicated the first time through, but the reason so
many of us use mail merges for printing Contacts is that it provides far
more flexibility and control over the printout (such as being able to sort
the printout by Category, for example). Make sure you use a "Directory" as
the Document type. Look over the information here:

Sorry, make that "Catalog" rather than "Directory" as the document type.
