i am now in charge of updating the office contacts. they are currenlty on
another user's computer and we are not linked. is it possible for them to
email me or somehow send the contacts as a whole folder, rather than one at a
time? when i try to save them the way they have been sent they open as semi
colons only and contain no information.
thanks

You can copy them into an Outlook Data File (PST file) then open that file
in the other installation.
