I've read the others problems but the solutions do not work in my case
(KB article -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;287563&Product=ol2002)

I am using Outlook 2000, my Outlook Address Book service is installed, the
other steps have been performed, yet my contacts still do not show....but
they use to!  One day they just dissapeared.  My global address book still
shows correctly, and if I put in a letter or name is the Type name or Select
from list: box, then those contacts matching the criteria suddenly appear!

Any suggestions??

Those instructions do not apply to Outlook 2000. Read the ones that do, and
be sure you restart Outlook after you apply the changes:

The link that i posted below has the directions for Outlook 2000 in addition
to 2002 and 2003.  Like I said below I have already checked all of the steps
that were reccommended and they do not solve nor pertain to my problem.  All
of my settings are correct, and up until a couple days ago I did not have
this problem.  No changes have been made to my system nor have I installed
any new programs.

Any more suggestions?

Nope. It's worked for everyone else.
Try creating a new profile in case yours is corrupt. What information store
are you using?
