Hello. I had to do a mojor restore. I back up my complete drive to another.
I restored all the files a folder "not original location" I was able to
restore almost everything I wanted except contacts and saved emails. I
followed several of your answers to othewrs with similar problems, but am
unable to locate the .pst file. I searched all files including hidden. I
even used outlook as file name and no office data file types were found. I
followed many of your suggestions to other. I even looked uner "user name,
local setting thing/ microsoft" and all that still nothing. Please help
How can we find it when you can't? You're the only one who can know where it
could be because you were the one who did all the backup and restoring. All
we can do is tell what its file extension is and that it is a hidden file.

I understand that, but was wondering if there were any onther files (posibbly
temp) that they may have gotten transferred to at some point due to the
backup/restore. Just wondering if this was an issue that may have been
resolved in the past.

I see. No. Not that I can imagine. Whatever backup and restore you did had
nothing to do with Outlook itself, did it?
