I work in a company where we get our email from an
Exchange server.  It looks like BCM does not work or have
functionality when Outlook 2003 is talking to an Exchange
server.  If this is true, many sales people can't use BCM
then if Outlook gets it's email from an Exchange server.
Do I have this right?

BCM doesn't care what kind of mail accounts you have. It uses its own database to store information and cannot share information with other people.
