contacts folder associated with address list was delet...

When I click the "To" button in a new mail message, I get a message saying
that my contacts folder associated with the address list couldn't be opened
and that it may have been deleted. Is there any way to recreate the contact
folder? If so, how?

Provide your Outlook version.
Explain the steps that produced this error. There is more to this story than
you are telling us.
