New contacts not showing up when choosing an address in Outlook or

I have entered several new contacts and they are not showing up in the
address book when I am choosing an address in Word to print an envelope or
label. They also do not appear when I use the address book to choose a
recipient for email.

Provide your Outlook version.
It appears you have not configured the Outlook Address Book correctly.
Ensure that the Contacts Folder into which you are placing these Contacts is
the one you are displaying in the Outlook Address Book.
