Cleaning up my Outlook 2002 Contacts.  I'm on a standalone computer not
connected to a LAN.  I have no addresses in the Address Book, all contact
info is in the Contacts.  In the Data File Management (DMF) folder all I have
is the Archive Folder and one Personal Folder.  I deleted another Personal
Folder from the DFM that I somehow created a while ago.

Here's the problem.  When I select To in a new email the Select names window
appears.  No names......pull down the Show Names From The and get Outlook
Address Book (no names there of course) and I get three Contacts to choose
from.  The first two are empty but the third has my updated info.

It used to go right to a Contact list when I selected To.  How do I get the
Contacts to show immediately?

In the properties for the updated Contacts I show it as an email address book.

Help!!

Remove the 2 invalid entries to Contacts Folders here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change…

Set which folder opens first by opening the Address Book from the
Toolbar, then go to Tools > Options...
