I am now using Outlook 2002. When in the contacts folder
my contact names show last name, first name. When I go to
send and email and hit the To button, all contact names
show first name, last name. I have changed the display
name to show last name first but I still see the first
name then last name of all contacts when I send a new
message. How can I change this to show last name first for
all contacts?

Ever look around at other posts? I bet I post this answer 5 times a day at a
minimum:
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

Steve, here is an article that will help I think:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;q298766.  Especially read the 2nd half of the article.
