My address book has multiple entries for each person. It has a listing for each email address and for each fax number. This occured when I updated from Office 2000 to Office XP. I had the same problem. Delete Microsoft Active Sync from all your computers and install the latest download (free) of Active Synch from Microsoft website and re install.
