The import/ export function on the menu is in-active. How can I make it active? What menu? The File menu in the main Outlook window should have the Import and Export command you need. The command is there but it cannot be clicked. The software was installed by the shop who sold me the computer and software. I do have the disks with me. Do I have to reinstall the whole Microfost Offies or can cstom install only this components? Pls advice.
