What changed between "before" and now? What Outlook version?
Autocompletion will appear to stop working anytime you reconfigure or change
your Outlook Profile because it has to start over with a brand new name
cache which will only become populated as you actually send messages.
When you Tab out of a field, you then invoke autoresolution, which is a
different feature that uses your Contacts folder, not a name cache.
