Hello, we are using a customer form when creating new contacts in a public
folder.  For one user, whenever a contact is opened, it re-installs the form.
After the 3rd or 4th contact, it hangs.  This PC is XP Pro with Office 2003.
I had issues before with contacts on a different PC and removed the FORMS
folder.  I tried with this PC but it is still happening.

One thing to not is that this is a remote office and the two offices are
connected using a constant VPN connection.  I don't know if a slow or
unstable connection would affect Outlook like this, but weirder things have
happened.  Thanks for any help!!!

You need to install Office 2003 SP1, which solves at least most of these
forms cache problems.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public
.outlook.program_forms
