I use outlook express and recently had to recreate my profile. I got all the
mail back (sent items, inbox, etc) but I have none of my contacts listed! I
do not see where there is a file where the contacts are stored.

how do I get my contacts back after setting up a new outlook profile? Thanks

Joe

Please try the following and let me know fi this helps

Locate the file by using the Windows find tool. Click Start / Find / Files
or Folders.
In the Named box type  *.wab - in the Look in box, ensure it is looking on
the drive that Microsoft Outlook is located (generally the C: drive).
Click Find Now
This should locate the Microsoft Outlook Express address book if present.
Generally this file will be the Outlook Express users name.
