how do I print mailing labels from outlook?

How can I print mailing labels using my Outlook Contacts that I have listed
in my address book?

I assume you mean Contacts Folder, not address book.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
