Well, in addition to a blank email list when pressing the "to" button next to sender, I only have the default categories. Can I cure this with some files that I backed up before reformatting? Thnks Joe Categories are stored in the registry: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olcat.htm The Outlook Address Book is easy to fix. We'll can even you how if you post your version.
