After entering a name where, and how?
"Come out" where?
You've totally left us in the dark here.
Include your Outlook version when you provide information.

I click on new on the contact word, then I enter all of the information for
the v-card. After I clidk add and save, I look and  it is not alphabetical
order when I click on the address book when sending a new email to select a
person.

This did not work.  My names are listed as "contacts" and not as an address
book.

Doesn't matter. That's how they are supposed to be listed.
It works if you do what I told you correctly.
