I can not get the 2nd and 3rd e-mail address to be included in a vcard. Why?
Because Outlook doesn't support it. I don't know whether that's because the
vCard specification doesn't support multiple email addresses.

I believe the spec supports multiple Emails. You can be certain by looking on
the site: http://www.imc.org/pdi/ The specs are easy to understand.

My basic point is that Outlook doesn't support exporting multiple addresses
to a vCard file.
