How do you edit Outlook Address Book

When I write an email and chosse " To"  up pops my contact list, how do I
change / delete folders in this list and create new folders, tried all
options  and cant work it out need help ta

You don't. The Outlook Address Book is merely a view of any Contacts Folders
you have enabled as email address books. So you create and arrange your
Outlook Contacts Folders. Never attempt to create or edit any information
while in the address book view.
