I need to import my Personal Address Book (*.pab) file
onto a Windows XP computer that replaced my dead Windows
XP PC. I've loaded software and files that had been on the
dead PC onto the Windows XP PC, including Outlook 98. How
do I import my .pab file into either Outlook 98 or Windows
XP? Do I need a special converter for this, and if so,
where do I get it?

In case anyone else gets this problem, I discovered the
answer. You need to install the PIM converters, which is
on the Outlook CD-ROM. After you install the PIM
converters, you will be able to import a .pab file into
Outlook.
